You may wish to make a difference but please be aware of the involvement and expectation on your time; here are some questions you may like to ask yourself:
Why do I want to be a councillor?
What is the level of involvement required?
If I am elected, how much of my own time is required to be given?
If I am elected, what training do I have to do, is it mandatory?
If I am elected, what rules and code of conduct do I have to follow?
If I am elected, what will be expected of me it terms of activities and meetings?
