Message from Lanner Parish Council – Proposed Affordable Housing

Ocean housing are considering an application to erect affordable homes at Tresavean, Lanner and are beginning with public consultation early in the process. Lanner Parish Council are aware that people in neighbouring parishes seeking homes, may well want to learn more (but will be required to demonstrate local connection/need).

The initial proposal is likely to be for 26/30 homes, will be a mix of type and size, rent and shared ownership but must all be 100% affordable since this will be classed as a Rural Exception Site.
